![]() ![]() Using your awakenig & howl at the same time can get you enough bar to go into your demon form which is how you can enter demon form multiple times quite fast.ĭH is also much simpler to learn than DB & has a lot more room for failure & mistakes.I guess you can get general idea by looking at the number of characters lvl 1475+ SH also make amazing alts as its also probably got 1 of the fastest chaos & guardian clear times solo at T1-2. All engravings from stone & engraving books. Just running your class engraving at lvl 3 & adrenaline lvl 1-3 you out perform 75% of players & the build is cheap af as you just buy spec gear & spec crit neclace. SH cheap only need 2 gems, you feel like a menace as you just mow everything down. Surge is still amazing at T1 unlike RE which plays terribly due to amount of spec required & runes. Surge DB even with nerf will still be viable & is tons of fun but requires a lot of cooldown gems & tripods, benefits from wealth runes but can be done at lower tiers without. RE DB not viable till 1370 or without wealth runes. Good luck!ĭH is the best beginner class as its cheap & do able with little setup.ĭB requires a lot of things you wont have access to till T3. My DB is still T1 so I haven’t seen her full potential yet to give a full review. But can be negated by her Pro of mobility + ability that can make u go to the guardian’s back. If you don’t like chasing the cheeks, then maybe not her. Pro: Mobile (Buff skill, 2-3 swipe ability, Jump ability) Pro: I like her Chaos Dungeon runs a bit more earlier on. Later on, T3 + right specs = 1 rotation transform + spam! Awkward moments of just auto-attacking, waiting for cooldowns(but that’s prolly common issue earlier on). Con: she can be underwhelming w/ low spec and no demonic impulse 3. Pro: Cheap (only requires 2 gems - demonic skill damage and cooldown and mainly use Wealth runes) Source: SH is my main + DB is my 6th alt. Surge and perfect suppression work better than their counterparts when leveling to tier 3. Remaining energy has the same requirement of t3 and wealth runes so you can always upkeep your identity buff. It's important to note that transformation demonic is the cheapest class to build for the long term as it only relies on 2 gems, however it needs the initial investment of getting to t3 and getting wealth runes. So it's a class engraving with a lot of highs and lows.Īs for remaining energy, this has the same loop of big deeps at the back, but you immediately reactivate the identity once you hit full gauge, and gain a long lasting buff. However when you do get a nice chain of resets and big bursts, it feels amazing. This spec is difficult to play, as if you are unable to gain enough stacks during trance due to boss mechanics, getting hit, or just missing, you miss out on tons of potential dps. Use resetted cooldowns to gain full identity again and repeat. Once you're at enough stacks, you reactivate identity and slam the boss with big burst and regain meter. ![]() When you go surge, you build full identity, pop trance, and use multi hit skills to get stacks. It's a fast feeling class, with better mobility overall. You position at the back, deal big deeps, and use identity to reset cooldowns. Probably the simplest spec out of all assassin specs.Īs for deathblade, both specs play similarly. It's a slower paced, chunky feeling build. ![]() You build gauge with purple skills and then use skills that consume gauge, and repeat. If you go perfect suppression, you disable transforming, and you become a builder spender class. Very low demon form cooldowns make it spammy. If you can't get enough gauge in one rotation, you will have to wait for cooldowns in order to transform.ĭemonic impulse has great access to stagger while in demon form, innate crit and movespeed bonuses, and no back attack requirements. It's important to know that this engraving only comes online at tier 3 (gear gives more specialisation) with a good amount of wealth runes. Once your transform timer is up, you immediately try to regain gauge and transform again. If you play demonic impulse, your gameplan is to max gauge asap, transform and dps away. Shadowhunter feels like a powerhouse, slamming down big demon paws and throwing out massive blades.įor shadowhunter, playstyle changes wildly between the 2 class engravings. Deathblade feels swift and elegant, more like a traditional assassin. The "feel" you get from the classes is a bit different, but it's subjective I suppose. Surge deathblade is getting nerfed while transformation demonic is getting buffed, so the gap between them is going to be even smaller. There is no point looking at viability, they are both viable. ![]()
